Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01587 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LINC01587 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher LINC01587 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01587 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and PDAC show a favorable association.
CCRCC, UCEC, and GBM are the cancer types where LINC01587 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
