Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC01585 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC01585 expression is associated with patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC01585 is differentially expressed in 9, with the highest sampling consensus in READ. Additionally, LINC01585 RNA expression shows 14,698 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight KIRC, READ, and UVM as cancer lineages where LINC01585 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
