Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01563 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01563 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LINC01563 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01563 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and UCS show a favorable association.

KIRP, COAD, and LGG are the cancer types where LINC01563 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
