Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01553 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01553 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LINC01553 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01553 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCEC, BRCA, and COAD are the cancer types where LINC01553 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
