Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC01513 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC01513 expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC01513 is differentially expressed in 10, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, LINC01513 RNA expression shows 6,967 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, KIRC, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC01513 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
