Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01507 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01507 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LINC01507 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01507 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and KIRP show a favorable association.

KIRC, COAD, and KIRP are the cancer types where LINC01507 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
