Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01494 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01494 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher LINC01494 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01494 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LGG show a favorable association.

COAD, UCS, and THYM are the cancer types where LINC01494 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
