The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LINC01428 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01428 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and PAAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, KIRC, and COAD are the cancer types where LINC01428 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
