LINC01400

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01400 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of LINC01400’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where LINC01400 RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types LINC01400 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as THCA and KIRC show the opposite, repressed pattern.

THCA, LUSC, and KIRC are the cancer types where LINC01400 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
