Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01389 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01389 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher LINC01389 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01389 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and CHOL show a favorable association.

UVM, KIRC, and LGG are the cancer types where LINC01389 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
