Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01348 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01348 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher LINC01348 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01348 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and HNSC show a favorable association.

READ, HNSC, and CHOL are the cancer types where LINC01348 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
