Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01346 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 5 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of LINC01346’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where LINC01346 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types LINC01346 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as BLCA and PRAD show the opposite, repressed pattern.

COAD, BLCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where LINC01346 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
