The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher LINC01335 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01335 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and SARC show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and READ are the cancer types where LINC01335 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
