Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC01320 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC01320 expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC01320 is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, LINC01320 RNA expression shows 11,365 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Together, these results highlight DLBC, KICH, and KIRP as cancer lineages where LINC01320 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
