Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01315 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01315 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher LINC01315 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01315 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and KIRP show a favorable association.

UVM, STAD, and ACC are the cancer types where LINC01315 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
