Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01312 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01312 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher LINC01312 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01312 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, CESC, and THCA are the cancer types where LINC01312 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
