The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LINC01299 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01299 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCS show a favorable association.
KIRC, UVM, and BRCA are the cancer types where LINC01299 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
