Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01255 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01255 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher LINC01255 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01255 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and ESCA show a favorable association.

THCA, KIRP, and DLBC are the cancer types where LINC01255 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
