Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01243 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01243 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher LINC01243 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01243 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

PAAD, LIHC, and ESCA are the cancer types where LINC01243 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
