The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher LINC01235 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01235 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SKCM show a favorable association.
