LINC01234

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LINC01234 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,021 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LINC01234-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Positive regulation of establishment of protein localization to telomere, and Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body. Each is linked with LINC01234 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINC01234-to-partner and partner-to-LINC01234 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal large subunit assembly grouped by LINC01234-low versus LINC01234-high in TGCT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LINC01234→partner) and Y-score (partner→LINC01234) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
