Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01197 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01197 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LINC01197 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01197 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and KIRC show a favorable association.

KIRP, BLCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where LINC01197 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
