Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01195 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01195 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher LINC01195 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01195 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and LAML show a favorable association.

LUAD, KIRC, and BLCA are the cancer types where LINC01195 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
