Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01193 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01193 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher LINC01193 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01193 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and SKCM show a favorable association.

UVM, KICH, and STAD are the cancer types where LINC01193 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
