Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01182 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01182 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LINC01182 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01182 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and ACC show a favorable association.

KIRC, LGG, and CHOL are the cancer types where LINC01182 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
