Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01168 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01168 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher LINC01168 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01168 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and SARC show a favorable association.

LUAD, MESO, and SARC are the cancer types where LINC01168 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
