The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher LINC01152 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01152 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and KIRC show a favorable association.
CESC, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where LINC01152 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
