The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher LINC01103 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01103 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and UVM show a favorable association.
CESC, KICH, and BLCA are the cancer types where LINC01103 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
