Across TCGA patient cohorts, LINC01101 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LINC01101-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1085P, RNU6-1082P, and RNU6-767P. Each is linked with LINC01101 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINC01101-to-partner and partner-to-LINC01101 results are reported.
