Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01075 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01075 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher LINC01075 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01075 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SKCM, DLBC, and KIRC are the cancer types where LINC01075 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
