Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01069 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01069 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher LINC01069 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01069 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and LGG show a favorable association.

STAD, LGG, and BRCA are the cancer types where LINC01069 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
