Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01022 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01022 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher LINC01022 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01022 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PRAD show a favorable association.

LUSC, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where LINC01022 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
