Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC01018 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC01018 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher LINC01018 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01018 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and LIHC show a favorable association.

ACC, LIHC, and BLCA are the cancer types where LINC01018 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
