Across TCGA patient cohorts, LINC01017 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,305 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LINC01017-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methylation, Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I, and Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay. Each is linked with LINC01017 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINC01017-to-partner and partner-to-LINC01017 results are reported.
