The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LINC01014 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01014 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and PAAD show a favorable association.
KIRP, STAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where LINC01014 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
