The most reproducible LINC01006-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, MEPCE, and MYH14. Each is linked with LINC01006 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LINC01006-to-partner and partner-to-LINC01006 results are reported.
