The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher LINC01005 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC01005 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD show a favorable association.
