Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC00970 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC00970 expression is associated with patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in SARC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC00970 is differentially expressed in 12, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Additionally, LINC00970 RNA expression shows 7,300 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in CCRCC. Together, these results highlight SARC, KIRP, and CCRCC as cancer lineages where LINC00970 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
