Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00958 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC00958 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LINC00958 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00958 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and OV show a favorable association.

BLCA, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where LINC00958 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
