Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00926 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC00926 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LINC00926 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00926 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BLCA show a favorable association.

HNSC, KIRC, and BLCA are the cancer types where LINC00926 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
