The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LINC00920 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00920 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and PRAD show a favorable association.
