Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00920 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC00920 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LINC00920 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00920 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and PRAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, LGG, and PRAD are the cancer types where LINC00920 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
