Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC00895 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC00895 expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC00895 is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, LINC00895 RNA expression shows 6,332 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight KIRC, BRCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where LINC00895 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
