The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher LINC00870 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00870 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and PAAD show a favorable association.

THCA, KIRC, and UVM are the cancer types where LINC00870 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
