The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LINC00574 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00574 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PAAD show a favorable association.

KIRP, KICH, and HNSC are the cancer types where LINC00574 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
