Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00545 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC00545 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher LINC00545 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00545 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and SARC show a favorable association.

MESO, CESC, and UCEC are the cancer types where LINC00545 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
