Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00491 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC00491 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher LINC00491 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00491 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and READ show a favorable association.

DLBC, THCA, and UCS are the cancer types where LINC00491 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
