Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC00431 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC00431 expression is associated with patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC00431 is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, LINC00431 RNA expression shows 4,836 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Together, these results highlight LUAD, and UCEC as cancer lineages where LINC00431 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
