The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LINC00382 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00382 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, LGG, and DLBC are the cancer types where LINC00382 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
