Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00342 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC00342 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher LINC00342 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00342 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BLCA show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and HNSC are the cancer types where LINC00342 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
