Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LINC00317 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LINC00317 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher LINC00317 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LINC00317 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD show a favorable association.

KICH, LUAD, and PAAD are the cancer types where LINC00317 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
